Many of the current functionality gets broken. Specially the ODE solvers.

Most of the current functionality gets broken. Specially the ODE solvers. Sparse support is aimed at and QuBase arrays are replaced by
AbstractVector,AbstractMatrix,SparseVector,SparseMatrixCSCas required with creation of new types.
