Switch server build from tsc to tsup for faster builds
ts-node breaks on ESM-only dependencies (meilisearch 0.57+), forcing per-invocation tsconfig overrides. tsx handles ESM/CJS transparently via esbuild, so the scripts work out of the box in any shell. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
