Re-add the Star History chart to the README. The chart was previously removed in ee6fe3a because the old embedding was broken, but the project's star count is a strong signal of community support, so we are bringing it back with a working chart. The star history data now renders reliably again.

The Star History chart was removed from the README in commit ee6fe3a because the previous chart was no longer rendering correctly. This restores it so visitors can see the project's growth at a glance.
A functional star history chart matters for a project like this, and keeping it available makes it easier for new users to see the traction the project has earned.
