Empire view: last used trade route sort method and direction are now saved to augustus.ini and restored on restart.

Build menu: the "Auto cycle" toggle is no longer one global flag but separate for temples/shrines and gardens/trees/paths, also persisted.

Very nice QoL, thanks for the submission! Auto cycle especially, we've been stuck with this broken system for too long ^^

Just one note:
I would just suggest that, in the future, for ease of review and merging, these could be two separate PRs - one for build menu, and one for the empire sidebar.
Of course they do have the config entries in common, so that's understandable to join them, but config is the one place of the codebase that connects all of the other moving parts, so it increases the risk for all other [WIP] to run into merge conflicts.
