Fast variants of these can apparently lose NaN, which is not allowed when appropriate float controls are set.

This is likely not a 100% complete fix, but it's now possible to query effective FP flags per op, and determine what to do.
NoContraction decoration check is refactored to support float controls 2, and MSL trancendentals use precise:: when nan/inf is preserved to be more correct according to the reporter.
