WARNING: Historical price no longer matches the spec's original pricing change

The 2026-03-19 pricing update introduced this changelog entry as $54/6 months -> $48/6 months (b19d63b). Changing the old value to $9/6 months records a plan price that never existed and loses the actual before/after history.
