This uses the timestamp that the relevant redirectbanner or chatsummary was parsed (Date.now())
Tested on mv2 and mv3. I doublechecked that the timestamp wasn't automatically changing to the current time due to reactivity.
Should be fine to merge this from mv2 into main as well.
