Improve readability of permissions table

This pull request improves the readability of the permissions table in pages/Permissions.md (realated issue).

The following changes were made:

• The 'Description' column was renamed to 'Command' to better reflect its content.
• The redundant ' command' suffix has been removed from each command link in the table, making the table easier to read.
