I've been using M4 macros to create some "unit" tests of older CBUS modules assembler code with a view to refactoring and reusing it, basically wanted to verify I didn't break anything. Anyway rather than copy and pasting opcode values from cbusdefs added generation of M4 macro files for the definitions to the official script. Note this is branched off my fix_shell_scripts branch as I work on a Linux platform.
