Summary

• Replace the dead LlamaIndex GitHub notebook URL with the current LlamaIndex docs page
• Replace the broken Image OCR link (table-extraction/.../overview.html) with the current Image OCR docs URL

These two links were found by a live crawl of the published 26.3.0 docs set.
