Reduce compiler warnings. Improve nomenclature
Update to Net 9.0
Cache relative paths of items, as `IOneNoteItem.GetRelativePath` builds a string everytime. Cache the OneNote hierarchy, only query once while traversing.
Update Flow.Launcher.Plugin to 5.2.0
Makes viewing/editing the not suck as much
