Add Pilot Protocol to the integration catalog

Desired Behavior

OpenHands users should be able to install the published pilotprotocol-mcp package from the integration marketplace as a local stdio server without credentials.

Acceptance Criteria

• The integration catalog includes a schema-valid Pilot Protocol entry.
• The entry launches npx -y pilotprotocol-mcp over stdio.
• The generated integration index and repository test suite pass.
