This PR updates the staging configuration to route traffic through Cloudflare Tunnel and exposes several services behind Traefik that server from hetzner and also a config to server from Kubernetes the main website https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/ohm-deployment/pull/11
Adds/updates Cloudflare Tunnel configuration for the staging/production environment.
Publishes the services vtiles.ohmstaging.org, nominatim.ohmstaging.org, taginfo.ohmstaging.org, overpass-api.ohmstaging.org, and osmcha.ohmstaging.org pointing to http://traefik:80.
Updates application routes in kubernetes so that ohmstaging.org and www.ohmstaging.org point to http://staging-service-web.default.svc.cluster.local:80.
