These changes was required in order to run it under Python 3.9
I suppose we don't expect multiple readings after one request? Anyhow, Python 3.9 complained about comparing the list returned by findall() with an integer.

I try to use the code, but it shows an error of type "410" in Meletimeter. |

I've made some changes in order to be able to use the library under Python 3.9.
