Decorated Pots crash the server when holding a custom sherd #14387

Expected behavior

Decorated Pots should be able to contain and display sherds that have a modified provides_pottery_pattern component when given to them through crafting or a command.
Note that currently this can only be done with the latter (See Paper Issue 14386)

Observed/Actual behavior

When a decorated pot's sherd contains component data for a modified provides_pottery_pattern component, the server crashes.

Steps/models to reproduce

Place down a decorated pot.
Stand on top of this pot and run the following command:
/data modify block ~ ~-1 ~ sherds.front.components set value {"minecraft:provides_pottery_pattern":"minecraft:heart"}
