The dialog box was intermittently undetected in Alabaster Icelands due to the snowy environment causing slightly lighter blue edges and higher pixel variance in the detection regions. Loosen RGB channel limits and stddev threshold to accommodate the brighter ambient lighting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixed the color detection for the PLA outbreak finder. Kept on returning an error that it didn't find the dialog box in Alabaster Icelands. Let it run for quite a while without errors.
