Add recipe purchaser to Pokopia Cloud Island Reset

Changed the SelectionArrowDetector to use the inner arrow rather than the border triangle

• Pros: this avoids the issue with the slightly redder arrow and a case where the orange border triangle is too close to background orange ui elements
• Cons: inner arrow is not solid and is harder to detect. The selector is used everywhere so this change can affect everything
