Summary
Documents a new SMS behavior: when an SMS session times out due to user inactivity, the agent now sends a brief closing message ("I am going to end conversation now") before the session is torn down. The notification only fires for inactivity timeouts — sessions that end naturally or because the user explicitly leaves are unchanged.
