Summary
Document the fail-closed behavior of the redacted call audio path: when the redacted transcript isn't yet available, the audio request returns no audio instead of falling back to the unredacted recording.
Changes
Context
Upstream change adjusted how redacted audio is produced: PII detection now relies solely on the redacted transcript data, and the previous unredacted audio fallback was removed for PII safety. The user-visible effect is that redacted audio may briefly be unavailable for very recent calls, which this doc update calls out.
