Adds documentation for Cartesia's new Sonic 3.5 TTS model, now selectable for Cartesia voices. Sonic 3.5 inherits all Sonic 3 behavior — 10-emotion set, volume control, and
0.6–1.5speed range — with no other configuration changes required.Changes
