Removes all documentation for the Document360 integration, which is being officially discontinued.

document360.md- the dedicated Document360 documentation pagedocs.yml- removed Document360 from the Doc Collections navigationintroducing-promptless.mdx- replaced Document360 with Zendesk in the list of supported platformsrecommended-docs-providers.mdx- removed Document360 from the hosted platforms mentionNote: Historical changelog entries mentioning Document360 (March 2025, June 2025) are preserved as they document the product's history.
