Add getEncryptedName to encrypt and sign a link name with the node and address keyrings, and GetNameHash to compute the HMAC-SHA256 name hash. These helpers back the request builders for move, create-file, and create-folder operations.
Add the MoveLink client method and MoveLinkReq, with SetName and SetHash helpers for building the encrypted name and name hash.
