Adds simulator_device_demo to digital tutorials nav

Minimal addition of new tutorial for simulator_device_demo to the digital tutorials nav.

Addresses #328 , and branches off of #331

CI is failing because of mkdocs issue with bloqade-lanes; Phil already merged in a fix and backported it to v 0.6 of lanes; so not sure why the CI is still failing? Can ask @weinbe58 when he has time

There's a couple things I'd like to make sure we do before we merge:

1. For the docs, we still skip the following in "gen_ref_nav.py":
   "crates/", # TODO: don't skip this
   "lanes/analysis/",
   "lanes/arch/gemini/",
   "lanes/layout/encoding", # griffe hits a cyclic alias on MoveType here

• This means that we will want the latest version of lanes to have the correct documentation build (note this is more tied to Add bloqade-lanes to the documentation build #331

2. Need to add more next so that the tutorial is well-documented on the bloqade docs page.

LGTM just make sure to bump the patch version to include the async fix in bloqade-lanes.
