Adds a release note for the SLES containerdisk image, which is designed for virtualized environments (SUSE Virtualization, Harvester, KubeVirt).
Scope: SLES 16.1 only. The image is published and publicly pullable:
Publishing was tracked in buildops/release-support#755 and resolved on 2026-08-19 (note_1073386) when
SUSE:Containers:Minimalwas created. The SLES 16.0 half of this PR was split out into #136, which stays in draft until the 16.0 image is actually published.
Notes on the snippet:
{this-version}so the shared snippet renders the correct version per document. This also fixes the original approach, which would have listed both the 16.0 and 16.1 paths in both documents.
