Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a new developer entry to the devs.json file, contributing open-source projects from developer "سليمان الرميح" (SloMR).
- Adds a complete developer profile with GitHub URL and four open-source projects
- Includes projects spanning various technologies: file-sharing service, Chrome extension, shell scripts for subtitle management and Arabic encoding
