Adds SourceOS-Linux/sourceos-syncd state-integrity report as digest-indexed evidence for the full FogStack local demo. Integrates with the Makefile
fogstack-local-demo-fulltarget and updates the full summary JSON and artifact index. Includes focused post-processor test.
