Fix issues #674-677: batch trustlines, INT128 decoding, subscriber dedup, Merkle proof tests

Summary

• trustlineChecker.ts: Add batch trustline check for multiple assets in one call #674 — src/trustlineChecker.ts: adds checkTrustlinesBatch(server, accountId, assets) which checks multiple assets for a single account using exactly one Horizon loadAccount call, returning a Map<Asset, boolean>.
• xdrDecoder.ts: Fix incorrect decoding of INT128 XDR type #675 — src/xdrDecoder.ts: adds decodeInt128/decode('INT128', buffer), decoding the high 64-bit word as signed so negative INT128 values round-trip correctly (uses BigInt throughout, no floating point).
• notificationCenter.ts: Add subscriber deduplication to prevent duplicate deliveries #676 — src/notificationCenter.ts: NotificationCenter.on() now deduplicates subscribers by referential equality (===), and adds getSubscriberCount(eventType).
• proof.ts: Write tests for Merkle proof verification #677 — src/merkle.ts: replaces the placeholder Merkle proof generation/verification with a real SHA-256-based implementation, and adds tests covering a valid proof, a tampered proof (wrong hash at one level), and an out-of-range leaf index.

Test plan

• Added test/trustlineChecker.batch.test.ts, test/xdrDecoder.int128.test.ts, test/notificationCenter.dedup.test.ts, test/merkleVerify.test.ts.
• npx vitest run (not executed in this environment; please run in CI).
