XBullAdapternow readswindow.xbull.versionbefore attemptingconnect()orgetAddress()and rejects outdated extensions with a typedExtensionVersionTooOldError.Changes:
MIN_XBULL_VERSION(default "3.0.0") as the minimum required version.ExtensionVersionTooOldErrorto the typed error hierarchy.connect()andgetAddress()callcheckVersion()before proceeding.versionfield is treated as "unknown" and rejected (pre-dates the current API surface).
