The useEffect does apiFetch<ResaleListing[]>('/tickets/resale').then(setListings).finally(...) with no .catch. A failed request throws an unhandled promise rejection and the UI silently falls back to "No tickets are listed for resale right now," which is misleading — it looks like an empty marketplace instead of a broken request.
Suggested fix: Add a .catch((err) => setError(...)) handler before .finally so a failed load shows a real error message.
