docs: correct stale sylphxltd GitHub links to SylphxAI - #167

The org renamed from `sylphxltd` to `SylphxAI` (github.com/sylphxltd → 404; github.com/sylphxltd/flow now only resolves via GitHub's redirect). Update every `sylphxltd` reference across the docs site, README/ARCHITECTURE/PRODUCT, the wiki-pages export, and package.json repository/bugs/homepage/author URLs to the canonical `SylphxAI` owner so links point at the real repo directly instead of relying on a redirect that can break.

The GitHub org renamed from
