This PR adds support for .NET 10 and I also updated all packages to their latest version.
Unfortunately, the new 10.x version packages dropped support for .NET 6 and .NET 7, therefore I removed these two frameworks. I think this is okay as they are out of support, and it's better not to depend on older packages - but please let me know what you think.
