README 标题用的是 🎬 剪贴板 emoji，而不是 Scripto 实际的 app 图标。此改动补上真实图标。
图标从哪来
Scripto 的 app 图标由
launchers/macos/make_icon.py纯代码生成（stdlib，无源图片）：build_app.sh调它生成 iconset →iconutil转成.app里的AppIcon.icns。本 PR 用同一个生成器导出 512×512 PNG 到assets/icon.png，所以 README 图标与 .app 图标同源、视觉一致。改动与实现
