Building the Dockerfile

We recommend users utilize our prebuilt Docker image from here:

docker pull tnturnerlab/vgp_ens_pipeline:wdl

If you want to modify the image, you can find the Dockerfile in the ACES_wdl_workflow. You can build it using this command:

docker build -f ACES/ACES_wdl_workflow/Dockerfile ACES/ACES_wdl_workflow/
