Talks Repository

👋🏻 Hi, I'm Christopher Tineo, but you can call me Chris.

I'm a software engineer, and I feel very passionate about open source and cloud native technologies.

I share my knowledge and experiences through talks and presentations at conferences and meetups, both in Spanish and English.

So far, I've been a member of:

  • Cloud Native Santo Domingo
  • KCD New York

But I'm always open to joining new communities.

Talks

This table regenerates automatically on every push to main (see .github/workflows/update-readme.yml). Any deck directory added under slides/ is picked up on its own — it gets an entry in talks.json with a title read from the deck and TBD for event and date. Edit that entry to fill in the details, or add it to talks.json up front to skip the placeholders.

Event Title Slides Date

How to Consume the Slide Decks

Scanned a QR code at one of my talks? Here's how to open the slides.

📄 PDF (best for mobile and offline)

Click a PDF link in the table above to read it on any device or save it for later.

🌐 HTML (best for widescreen)

Click an HTML link in the table above to open the deck in your browser. The Reveal.js decks support:

  • Space / Arrow keys: next or previous slide.
  • T: toggle dark and light theme.
  • S: open the speaker notes.
  • F: fullscreen.
  • Esc: slide overview.

The containers.day deck uses arrow keys or its on-screen controls, and T also toggles its theme. Add ?theme=light to its URL to open it in light mode (handy on washed-out projectors).
