New Shaders
Inverted Colors: Adds a full color inversion effect to the video output, creating a negative-style visual appearance.LCD Dust:Simulates dust particles and subtle screen imperfections to recreate the look of a worn or dusty LCD display.
Both shaders are available in Shaders -> Special.
Shader Fixes
The following shaders have been updated to improve compatibility across different resolutions, helping them scale more consistently and display correctly in a wider range of setups: GB LCD Color Screen , Broken LCD TV
Setup Update
Setup_MPV-SW-Capture has been updated again with additional improvements and fixes, resulting in a more stable and polished setup experience.
New Menu Options in WINDOW
Rotation
A new Rotation option has been added, allowing the screen to be rotated in 90-degree increments.
- Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
- Repeating the same option will continue rotating the screen in the selected direction.
Other Options
New window behavior settings are now available under Other Options:
- Toggle window borders on or off. By default, the MPV-SW-Capture window remains borderless, but borders can now be enabled if preferred.
- Toggle the title bar on or off, allowing the window to look either cleaner and more minimal or more like a standard desktop window.

- FIX:
Setup_MPV-SW-Capture.exe, has a fix in the shortcuts, with a better way to create them.
Remember, if you move the folder where MPV-SW-Capture is located, you need to run setup again to update your shortcuts with the new path.

What's new
A new release of MPV-SW-Capture with fixes, and new more features.
- NEW:
MSC_Video_Manager.exe: A new tool that you can freely change core Video options. You can change Video Buffer Size, Resolution, FPS, Video Output and more! Also, you can save your Custom Options in a file, Import your saved file to restore your own options, or Restore the Default Options if you want.
Note: Higher Resolution, could affect lag. So use with caution. - NEW: Since you can now change the resolution, Bezels and Crops now works at any resolution! They aren't limited to 1080p.
Bezels size are still 1080p, so, you don't need to change anything. - FIX: Video Buffer Size default size now is 64M instead 512M, because 64M is a better value to reduce lag. You can still change the old value if you want with the new tool.
- FIX:
MSC_Bezel_Manager.exe,Installer_MPV-SW-Capture.exe,Setup_MPV-SW-Capture.exe, are now lighter, faster and works better than before. - FIX: The file size of all
MPV-SW-Captureis smaller than before.

What's new
A new release of MPV-SW-Capture with fixes, and few more features.
- NEW: In
MSC_Bezel_Manager.exe, there are a new feature to "Import other user-bezel.json". With this, you can import any file .json that had a saved list of bezels. Import means you can add new ones even if you have already created some. (So, you can keep what you already have, and fuse with another .json list. If you have nothing added, you can add from zero.) - NEW: In
MSC_Bezel_Manager.exe, you can now Enable o Disable your bezels. If you disable any, that disabled bezel will not be added in Menu. You need to enable to make appear in Menu. - NEW: In
MSC_Bezel_Manager.exe, you can mass Enable/Disable/Delete your bezels. With Mouse or Keyboard you can select which ones you want. - NEW: In Menu, added a new option called
Motion Interpolation. This is the default internal MPV's Motion Interpolation option.

What's new
A new important release of MPV-SW-Capture with fixes, internal changes and more features.
- NEW: MPV-SW-Capture now runs with
MPV.exeinstead MPV-SW-Capture.exe. So, MPV-SW-Capture.exe is deleted. You can use MPV.exe or the shortcut to open it. - NEW: The file structure inside MPV-SW-Capture is a bit changed to make it run better and cleaner. So it's recommended to do a clean install to avoid keep unnecessary files.
- NEW: New folder called "tools", has tools for specific things.
- NEW: New tool called
MSC_Bezel_Manager.exe. With this tool, you can add new bezels, and even if you update to a new version, you can still recover and restore your custom bezels. You can use presets or use your own sizes. Even using PERSONAL bezels, making posible to create bezels for anything you want, not limited to NSO. - FIX: Updated
Installer_MPV-SW-Capture.exe. If you have installed 7zip, it can use that, avoiding downloading the portable 7zip needed to uncompress the installer files in .7z. - FIX: Some fixes in
Setup_MPV-SW-Capture.exe. Also, shortcut makes 2 copies of the shortcut. One in desktop and one in the same folder as MPV-SW-Capture is installed.

- FIX: Fixed
Installer_MPV-SW-Capture.exe. The 2.2.0 had a bug that could not update the installer because it was already in use. It's hightly recommended that if you already installed 2.2.0, update manually this file. - NEW: Added in
Setup_MPV-SW-Capture.exe-> OTHER OPTIONS, an option called "AUTOSTART WITH YOUR ICC PROFILE". With this, you choice if you want to autostart with your ICC Profile. This affect the colors in the screen. - NEW: Added in Menu, a new option in VIDEO called "Borderless Fullscreen". If you active this, you can remove black borders with any Crop you choose to fit the fullscreen. This ONLY works in Fullscreen mode.
- NEW: Added a new Crop submenu in NSO N64, called Special,with a new called "DK64 Widescreen Size".
- Few extra fixes to make it work better than before.

What's new
A new release of MPV-SW-Capture with a new Installer, fixes and more features.
- NEW: Added
Installer_MPV-SW-Capture.exe. This new installer, can install and/or update automatically the files needed to make it work. (The instructions are simple and easier than before!) - Added new Submenu, called VIDEO.
- NEW: Added a new option in VIDEO called "Change to Auto ICC Profile". With this, if you have an ICC profile, you can use and have a the image colors according to your ICC profile.
- NEW: Added in VIDEO -> Other Video Options, an option called "Toggle Deband" and a new one called "Toggle Deinterlace".
- NEW: Added a new Shader in VideoGames submenu, called "GB LCD Color Screen".
- Some SHAPES were extremely sharpen in their borders. This was fixed.
- Other fixes to make it work better than before.

What's new
A new release of MPV-SW-Capture with a few new features and a some critical fixes.
- Fixed some bugs in Setup and in MENU.
- NEW: Added the feature of control AUDIO with MPV-SW-Capture. It was impossible before. Now, you can control in MENU, with Mouse's Wheel, and keyboard keys.
- Added new Submenu, called "AUDIO". You can change audio or mute, wherever you want.
- Changed the 1080p→4K Fast some shaders with a better combination. Now, runs better than before. Uses less resources.
- This combination is updated both in Setup and MENU.
- Added in MENU, the older 1080p→4K Fast as 1080p→4K Adaptive, and a new one called 1080p→4K NVScaler as new 4K extra options to choose.

What's new
Second public release of MPV-SW-Capture with new features and a lot of internal fixes to make it run better.
- Replaced CMD Setup, with a GUI Setup. More easy and fast to Setup.
- Added Spanish language option. Both for using the GUI and for quickly translating the MENU in MPV-SW-Capture from English to Spanish and vice versa. The option to translate the MENU is independent of the other options.
- Added in GUI Setup, the option to change how much time you want to have to Record Video: 30/60/90/120 seconds.
- Menu is sorted better than before.
- Added new Submenu, called "SHAPES". Here, can quickly change the shape of the window, to simulate CRT, Rounded, Pinball Perspective, Tilt, and more.
- Now, all SHADERS are "flat". Some shaders were modified. This is because "SHAPES" handle this.
- Added new SHADERS in submenu TV, and VideoGame. Created new submenu called "Special".
- Fixed video Record. Now works without pop up CMD windows.
- When you Record a video, now shows a counter in real time with the time limit you choose.
- Now, the video you record, has the exactly time you choose. e.g. You choose 30 seconds, and your video has exactly 30 seconds.
- The way the final filename of a recording or screenshot is created has changed. Previously, it ended with a sequential number 0001, and the subsequent numbers incremented the value. Now, the sequential numbering is Hour/Minute/Second.
e.g. If a photo is taken at 20:42:12, the sequential number is now 204212. - Setup and MPV-SW-Capture are now an .exe instead of .bat/.vbs.
