the overlay control bar keeps flickering

I'm trying to change the opacity of the overlay and the control bar keeps flickering without allowing me to interact with the buttons

If it helps the screen resolution is 3840x2160

I can't seem to replicate this at all on my end. Do you have any more information that may help me do so?

I don't know if this helps but I'm on Windows 10 on a gtx 1060 and an i5 7400 and with .net on the home page

Same Issue here. Overlay starts to flicker if you hover over UI Scale or Background Transparency
