3. Determined which overlap commits are structurally dependent on refactor(sdk): make core own session lifecycle and attachments #4098: 18 files were newly introduced by refactor(sdk): make core own session lifecycle and attachments #4098 (the sdk/lifecycle/*, sdk/router/*, sdk/session-list.ts, runtime-gate, run-sdk-production-host-isolated script, and their tests), and a further ~40 pre-existing files were substantially rewritten by it (host/session-runtime, host/control/, broker/, bus lifecycle layer, sdk/client, sdk/index, commands/sdk.ts + daemon.ts, ACP adapter, MCP server, managed-session-storage, gjc-sdk Rust crates, bridge-client, SDK skills).
