Adds a PostToolUse hook (claude-mark-edit) that flags sessions where code was edited, and a Stop hook (claude-stop-review-reminder) that injects a reminder to run /code-review and /security-review before finishing, but only when the flag is set. Keeps non-coding turns silent and avoids re-prompting via stop_hook_active/flag consumption.
