This is another sample_app project and workspace in preparation for class on 11/22/11. 

It adds additional validations and stores successful entries in the database. We also implement
capabilities for listing what is in the database table.

The starting point for the class is in the Master branch.  The desired ending point for the class
is in the user-model branch.
