style: update footer sitemap link colors

What this PR does

• Updates the sitemap link colors in the footer for better visibility and consistency with the site theme.

Changes made

• Modified website/core/Footer.js to adjust link styles.
• Updated website/static/css/main.css to reflect the new hover and default colors.

Testing

• Checked hover states and color contrast for readability.

I’ve opened this PR to improve footer sitemap link visibility and align the hover styles with the site theme. The changes are tested locally.
