Cannot open official IDTA template "Provision of Simulation Models" (Type error for XML file!)

I am unable to open the official IDTA template for the "Provision of Simulation Models" (IDTA 02005) using the latest alpha version of the AASX Package Explorer. When trying to load the .aasx file, the application throws an unhandled exception pointing to a Type error for XML file!.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the official template IDTA 02005_Template_ProvisionOfSimulationModel.aasx.
2. Open the AASX Package Explorer.
3. Go to File -> Open and select the downloaded .aasx file.
4. See the error in the log/console.

Error: Unhandled exception in AasxPackageExplorer v1.0.0.0: A Task's exception(s) were not observed either by Waiting on the Task or accessing its Exception property. As a result, the unobserved exception was rethrown by the finalizer thread. I just opened Version 1.1 and have no problems importing it via drag and drop or File->open menue. So cannot reproduce.

I use V2026-07-16 version of aasx package explorer
