Problem / motivation
Currently the preview/QuickEdit view triggers loadPage every time a block or paragraph is added or removed. This causes not only the page content but also header and footer to be re-rendered often. Additionally the re-load is triggered during initialization directly after the initial load from preview.da.live happened which causes an obsolete complete refresh of the page.
A side effect is that the header and footer is added each time as long as the boilerplate commit adobe/aem-boilerplate@566760e to prevent adding several headers/footers is not included in the current project.
Proposed solution
The full loadPage should not be triggered by the editor but rather only the main element should be refreshed. Potentially can the reloading be even more optimized by only changing affected sections.
