I've prepared pull request migrating codebase to .NET 6

Project now targets latest framework. Nullable check and implicit usings in the code are enabled.
Unused references are removed.
Agent class from the code are explicitly referenced.
System.CodeDomProvider package added as it is distributed now as an extension.


          Migrated to .NET 6 LTS version
