ci(renovate): extend org preset and remove schedule gate - #23

- Extend local>alithya-oss/.github shared preset so this repo tracks the org Renovate standard (digest pinning, grouping, concurrency limits) instead of drifting on config:recommended alone. - Add "schedule": ["at any time"] so the next job is not gated to the org preset's Monday-morning window, surfacing the Dependency Dashboard and initial PRs immediately. Renovate has produced no PRs or Dependency Dashboard in this repo despite the org-wide app install (id 166710697, repo_selection=all); this removes the in-repo gating so the next run can write.

Renovate has produced zero PRs and no Dependency Dashboard in this repo since
renovate.jsonwas added (2026-09-22), even though the GitHub App is installed org-wide (repository_selection: all). The config was valid but did two things that kept the bot effectively silent for this repo:local>alithya-oss/.github), so the repo drifted from the org standard (no digest pinning, different concurrency limits).before 9am on mondaywindow, updates only ever surface Monday mornings.What
