Adds two open-source GEO tools to the Open Source Tools & Evals section (renamed from Open Source Data / Evals for accuracy):

E-GEO — 122⭐

Full-pipeline GEO & AEO optimization toolkit (analyze → rank → rewrite → schema) with CLI and Claude Code integration. Based on peer-reviewed research (arXiv:2511.20867). Includes an evaluation harness for reproducible ranking measurements.

GEO Optimizer — 537⭐

AEO/GEO audit engine scoring sites 0–100 on AI-search readiness. CLI, Python library, MCP server, and Astro integration. 47 research-backed methods.

Both are MIT-licensed, actively maintained, and complement the existing entries (AI Product Bench, GEO/AEO Tracker) which focus on benchmarking and monitoring rather than optimization.

Also renamed the section from Open Source Data / EvalsOpen Source Tools & Evals to better reflect that it now includes optimization tools, not just data/eval projects.
