* test/travis_before_linux.sh: Drop the Travis variables and the "perl -V" check of ~/perl5. Remove TEST_MOD_TLS support. (resolve_apx, fetch_apx): Removed. (install_apx): Fetch the tag, or the commit resolved by gha-resolve-deps.sh, directly. Don't fetch the APR source for an APR-util build. Test for the nghttp2 install rather than a marker file. * test/travis_run_linux.sh: Remove TEST_MOD_TLS support and the unset of LD_LIBRARY_PATH and LD_RUN_PATH. * test/gha-resolve-deps.sh: Drop RUSTLS_VERSION from $ROOTID. * test/README.ci: Update to match. Removes code from the Linux CI scripts which the
gha-resolve-deps.shcache keys have made dead:perl -Vcheck of~/perl5intravis_before_linux.sh: the cache key includes$PERLIDwith norestore-keys, so restored modules always match the running perl.resolve_apx()/fetch_apx():install_apx()fetches the tag, or the commitgha-resolve-deps.shalready resolved, directly. It no longer fetches the APR source for an APR-util build, since$ROOTIDcovers both and the cache is saved only once both have built.$ROOTID.TEST_MOD_TLS/rustls support:modules/tlsis gone.unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH/LD_RUN_PATH, left over from before OpenSSL 3 builds used an RPATH viaLDFLAGS.TRAVIS_*variables.TEST_APR_TARBALLsupport is kept, as 2.4.x uses it.
