Lists Excalidraw 0.2.0 (@gbro3n/etherpk-extension-excalidraw@0.2.0, source v0.2.0).

Changes since 0.1.4 (git diff v0.1.4 v0.2.0 in the extension's repository):

• The toolbar buttons, the drawing's menu button and menu, and the import panel's link and buttons use EtherPK's control classes (gk-button, gk-icon-button, gk-menu, gk-link, and the raised button over the picture), and the extension's own copies of those styles are gone. The menu's Delete row is drawn in red, as the Client's own Delete rows are.
• The extension still mounts in the page ("isolation": "page"), and its stylesheet still styles only excalidraw classes. The control classes come from the Client's own stylesheet.
• minClientVersion is 0.14.0, the release that gives extensions the control classes. A Client older than that keeps 0.1.4.

npm run verify -- excalidraw 0.2.0 passed here: 404 files, each the same in the published package and the rebuild.
