Thanks for the submission — it can't be verified as it stands.
The memo proves only some of the Discord handles in your row.

memo:
Provalidator -
row lists:
provalidator, zenon_provalidator, richard_provalidator, simon_provalidator, brian_provalidator -

not proven:
zenon_provalidator,richard_provalidator,simon_provalidator,brian_provalidator
The unproven handles cannot be given the validator role on this evidence.
To fix: either re-send with every handle in the memo, or remove the unproven ones from the row.
atomoned tx bank send <your-validator-account> <any-atone-address> 10000uatone \

Also: the transaction was not signed by your validator's account.

The signing account does delegate to Provalidator, so it looks like a team wallet rather than the validator key. That is not enough — anyone can delegate.
The transfer has to come from the validator account itself (atone1g48268mu5vfp4wk7dk89r0wdrakm9p5xamgx4a), since that is what proves the submission comes from the operator and not from someone who merely knows the moniker.
validator-info.md changed after you opened this: #170 added every verified entry, so this branch now conflicts with main. Update your branch and add your row at the end of the table.
The three checks every submission has to pass, and the full audit of all 128 submissions, are in #168.
