Why is this necessary? the frontend code is part of the app.

Step 0 was documented when I created the app from scratch. Since the frontend code is now in the repo, it's unnecessary for users recreating the backend. Removed.

This PR includes complete Amplify Gen1 starter template for building a discussion app with authentication, nested data relationships, and user activity tracking. Includes full setup documentation for recreating the backend infrastructure.
