How to have the current buffer open in the current tab instead of a new one?

Put options, settings, commands, mappings anything but logic
inside `plugin/buffet.vim`. The code in order from functionalities to UI,
and use `get()` instead of `if exists(...)` for short code.
I saw the author using the word "tracked" quite a lot. So to clarify, we're
already tracking that buffer inside `s:buffers` instead of it is present
inside of it.
